I’ve been using Lawn Doctor of South Bend for my yard, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The team is professional, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or explain what treatments they’re applying. My grass has never looked greener or healthier, thick, lush, and weed-free all season long! They’re also great with communication. I always get updates before and after each service, and they make it easy to adjust scheduling if needed. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. I have to say that I couldn't praise them enough. After a negative experience with one of their competitors, I reached out to the Lawn Doctor online and within the same day was contacted to make arrangements for a quote. Mitchell was very accomodating with my busy schedule and was able to give me a fair price and communicate via text when I was unable to take calls while in meetings. I am a Customer Service person myself and I have to say that he is amazing. They lived up to their reputation when after a week of having the first service all the weeds were dying and the crab grass was making it's way to extinction. I couldn't be happier. ~ Stephanie L

We had a huge dead patch of grass our first time we called Lawn Doctor 3 years ago. Immediately he knew the problem and what to do to fix it. We were using a different lawn fertilizer service when this developed so we changed to Lawn Doctor for our seasonal lawn program. The results are amazing. We have been using now for 3 years. We prepay in the fall for discounted price for the whole spring, summer, and fall for the next year. Very good value for the ease, cost of fertilizer, and their expertise. When we called last April to get quotes, Mitchell contacted us back immediately, the next day was out and gave us a price. Our lawn was terrible! We had everything going on, weeds, grubs, creeping Charlie. And a spot in our back yard that I thought would never come back. But at the end of the season all the grubs/weeds/creeping Charlie were gone, it was the greenest in the neighborhood.Mitchell told me the lawn would transform and look better by the end of the season, and it was!! Brad was very thorough and polite, and explained what lawn application they would be applying. Lawn Doctor has also explained the importance of cutting your lawn at a higher levels i.e. 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 inch to help grass shade itself from hot sun, retain water after rain or watering, thickens grass to prevent weeds from growing and by pushing weeds out, and helps to prevent lawn diseases. Cutting your grass at a higher level does not mean you have to necessarily cut it more often. I am very grateful for the Lawn Doctor's lawn care guidance. ~ Larry S

I can’t recommend Mitchel enough from Lawn Doctor! He’s professional and detailed orientated. I call , he comes. When they say “ any questions or problems just call” they mean it. The individual care I get from Mitchel specifically is untouchable. My yard looks amazing this year and I will include photos. This return on their least expensive program!! Jon offers great customer service at all times of the day. Emailed him with a problem early morning not expecting a response till I was at work, however had a phone call before I was on my way from him. He was truly responding to the problem and fixing it before I got on my way that morning. The lawn looks great. Awesome company to work with. Our yard has never looked better. We had something weird happen with the lawn a few years ago and our Son in law recommended Lawn Doctor to us. They did a reseed and have been treating it ever since. Great value with the prepaid service option. Their service technicians always do a great job and are very conscientious of our property. I would recommend these guys to anyone with a lawn. They did a great job eliminating the weeds and preventing their regrowth . When we bought our home the lawn was rough, these guys helped us turn it around much quicker than expected. This spring we had them treat our flower beds and the results were nearly immediate . We moved in and knew we had to address the terrible lawn situation...nothing but crabgrass and weeds. Several lawn services said they could "fix it", but none made any improvement. Then we called Lawn Doctor. After one treatment, it looked so much better and it continues to improve with each treatment. We have been battling tough weeds that covered almost our entire front yard. We signed up for the weed control treatments and grass seeding. After just the first weed control treatment our weeds started dying off the NEXT DAY! After only 2-3 weeks most of the weeds were gone! Great people and easy to work with. They always give you a heads up when they will be by or when they have to cancel due to weather. Very knowledgeable, we had a fungus and Mitchell was quick to identify what kind right away. I believe Travis did most of our fertilizing and weed control, very quick and did a great job. When I moved into this house, the lawn was overrun with crab grass and dandelions with large bald patches. After just one season of treatment, my lawn showed a remarkable improvement.
